Zero tolerance. Rizz: AI Flirt & Dating Coach strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. Any such content or behaviour leads to immediate action, and we report it to the relevant authorities.

1. Who can use Rizz

Rizz is an AI coaching app for adults. It is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Rizz has no profiles, matching, user-to-user messaging or public feeds; users interact only with the AI assistant.

2. What is prohibited

In Rizz, the following is strictly prohibited:

any content that sexualises minors, including text, images, screenshots or AI prompts;
uploading, requesting, generating or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
using the app to groom, solicit, sextort, traffic or otherwise exploit a minor;
seeking advice on approaching, flirting with or forming romantic or sexual contact with anyone under 18;
any attempt to bypass the app's safety filters for these purposes.

3. How we prevent it

The AI assistant is instructed never to produce explicit sexual content and never to sexualise minors.
Every AI answer can be flagged from inside the app, and users can send a safety report without leaving the app.
Reports are reviewed by our team. Content generated for a reported request is not used to serve other users.

4. How to report a concern

In the app: Profile → Support → Send feedback or report → Safety concern. You can also tap the flag icon next to any AI answer.
By email: app@minisoft.com.tr (subject: “Child safety”).

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. You can also report CSAM directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline or to a hotline in your country listed by INHOPE.

5. How we respond

We review safety reports as a priority.
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or CSAE, we remove it, preserve what is required by law, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent national authorities.
We cooperate with law enforcement requests made under applicable law.

6. Compliance

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including obligations to report CSAM, and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

Rizz: AI Flirt & Dating Coach, çocukların cinsel istismarını ve sömürüsünü (CSAE) ve çocuk istismarı içeren materyali (CSAM) hiçbir biçimde kabul etmez. Uygulama yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri yetişkinler içindir; kullanıcılar arasında mesajlaşma, profil ya da eşleşme yoktur. Reşit olmayanları cinselleştiren her türlü içerik, CSAM yükleme/isteme/üretme, bir çocuğu kandırma, istismar etme ya da 18 yaş altı biriyle romantik veya cinsel ilişki kurma konusunda tavsiye isteme yasaktır. Bu tür içerik fark edildiğinde kaldırılır ve NCMEC ile yetkili makamlara bildirilir.
