CoinMove Privacy Policy

CoinMove is a puzzle game made by Minisoft. This page explains what the game collects, why, and what it never does. We do not ask for your name, your email address or any account.

What the game stores on your device

• Your progress: level, coins on the tray, diamonds, lives, power-ups and which purchases you own.
• Your settings: sound and haptics.
• A random install identifier, created the first time you open the game and deleted when you delete the app.

What leaves your device

• Progress reports. The game sends its own numbers to our server so we can see how the game is being played and tune it: the random install identifier, device model, iOS version, language and country, app version, level, diamonds, lives, power-ups, deals, merges, ads watched, time played, and which products were purchased. No names, no email addresses, no advertising identifier.
• iCloud. If you are signed in to iCloud, your progress is synced through Apple's key-value store so the same save follows you to your other devices. It stays in your own iCloud account; we cannot read it.
• Purchases. Apple processes every payment. RevenueCat records which products you own so the game can restore them. We never see your payment details.
• Ads. Google AdMob serves the banner, the rewarded ads and the full-screen ads. AdMob may use the advertising identifier to choose which ads to show, and only if you allow tracking when iOS asks. If you do not allow it, you still see ads, just not personalised ones. In the EU and the UK a consent form appears before any ad is requested.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never ask for your contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera.
• We never build a profile that identifies you as a person.

Children

CoinMove is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Removing your data

Deleting the app deletes the install identifier, and the progress reports tied to it become an orphan row we can remove on request. Write to us and we will delete it.
